- Plan 1, for patients with healthy gums, is $375 per year for adults or $325 for kids 12 and under, and includes two cleanings, two exams, any necessary x-rays, two fluoride treatments for children, and 15% off all other treatments.
- Plan 2, for periodontal disease maintenance (adults only), is $575, and includes two exams, three periodontal maintenance treatments, any necessary x-rays, and 15% off all other treatments.
There are no waiting periods, no maximums, no claims to submit, no deductibles, and no monthly premiums, so your savings start right away!
Pay Over Time and Make the Most of Your Benefits
For larger treatment, The Smile Shop accepts CareCredit®, which (subject to credit approval) lets you pay over time. We also accept cash, checks, major credit cards, and mobile payments. If you do have insurance, we accept all PPO plans and will file claims for you.
